Description

Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency operating nearly 60 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, invites bids for window and door replacements at 179 Broadview Avenue, 970 Eastern Avenue, and 2767 Dundas Street West in Toronto, ON.

A mandatory site visit at 179 Broadview Avenue in Toronto, ON is scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Optional site visits will be made available for 970 Eastern Avenue and 2767 Dundas Street West following the 179 Broadview Avenue site visit.
