ITT #26-563-09 - Window and Window Wall Replacements - Neighbours Community Homes

Neighbours Community Homes ("Owner"), (previously known as Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing), a non-profit supportive housing agency providing rent-geared-to-income housing and housing supports to individuals who are living with persistent mental illnesses and other special needs and currently managing 53 residential locations and more than 1,400 units across the city of Toronto, Ontario, invites bids for window and wall replacements at 38 Andover Crescent in Toronto, ON.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 38 Andover Crescent, Toronto, ON, M1E 2X1. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
