Request For Information (RFI) – Reverse and Peer-to-peer Logistics

Canada Post is seeking information on innovative solutions available in the market that could augment its current Returns and Marketplace offerings and provide value-added features to customers, more specifically in one or more of these areas:

Item verification at time of drop-off.

Capture and transmission of item parameters.

AI-driven grading and disposition assessment.

AI-driven insights for fraud risk assessment.

Item verification and fraud data enrichment
Peer-to-peer logistics

Postes Canada est à la recherche de renseignements sur les solutions novatrices offertes sur le marché qui pourraient bonifier ses offres actuelles liées aux retours et à la place de marché et offrir des caractéristiques à valeur ajoutée à la clientèle, plus précisément dans un ou plusieurs de ces domaines :

Saisie et transmission des paramètres de l’article.
Évaluation et classement automatisés par l’intelligence artificielle.
