Description

The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified Architectual Firm for the purposes of carrying out multidisciplinary services as Prime Consultant, including but not limited to professional architectural, interior design, and engineering services, for the design and contract administration regarding a two-phased project comprised of the construction of a 160 bed long-term care facility on a greenfield site in northern London and the redevelopment of the existing long term care facility known as Chelsey Park, also located in London, Ontario. Proponents must be able to demonstrate extensive related experience, including long-term care facility redevelopment as well as new construction.
