Description

The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified contractor for the purposes of initially
carrying out preconstruction services, and upon written notice to proceed to perform
construction management services as Construction Manager, regarding a two-phased
project comprised of the construction of a 160 bed long-term care (“LTC”) facility on a
greenfield site in north London and the redevelopment of the an existing LTC facility
known as Chelsey Park, also located in London, Ontario. The owner of the Project is CVH (No. 3) LP (“CVH3”) and will be completed and subsequently operated under the direction of Southbridge Care
Homes. Proponents must be able to demonstrate extensive related experience,
including long-term care facility redevelopment as well as new construction.
