Temporary hoarding for access into the President’s Dining Room
Abatement of Asbestos containing vinyl composition tile (VCT) and mastic adhesive
Abatement of Asbestos containing textured ceiling
Removal of select areas of acoustic tile ceilings
Removal of select areas of a concrete block partition wall
Installation of nine (9) new hollow-metal window frames complete with Fire-Lite glass and supporting lintels
Relocation of fire alarm bells as required
Removal and replacement of Georgian wire glass in doors and replacement with Fire Lite glass
Removal of sections of PC350 vinyl wall system and installation of Armstrong WoodWorks wall system at President’s Dining Room
Installation of new sheet vinyl flooring throughout
Removal of existing steel railing system and installation of a new stainless steel and glass railing system
Installation of new acoustic ceiling tiles and grid throughout
Removal of existing fluorescent light fixtures and installation of new LED lighting throughout
