1. Miscellaneous site work demolition at the West Lagoon
a) Remove and dispose of existing truck dump structure
b) Remove and dispose of existing gravel road material (Approx. 450m2)
c) Remove of approx. 42m of existing wire fence
2. Miscellaneous site work installation at the West Lagoon
d) Install new chain link fence and sliding gate
e) Install new gravel road/access (470m2)
f) Install new concrete lagoon spillway and ancillary components
3. Install two new sanitary sewer service connections and tie-in to existing mains.
