Description

Surrey Place is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified Canadian and other non-US vendors capable of providing IT Asset Management and Network Discovery Software in compliance with the Ontario Procurement Restriction Policy.
This RFI is for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to purchase or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI may be used to develop future procurement documents and to identify potential vendors for upcoming opportunities.

RESPONSE TIMELINE NOTE: Surrey Place encourages vendors to submit responses within one week of this RFI issue date (by June 6, 2025) to allow for timely procurement planning. However, we will continue to accept and review responses received up until the final deadline of June 27, 2025.
