Surrey Place is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to select one (1) or more parties that submit a bid Proposal (“Proposal”) in response to this RFP (each, a “Proponent”), to support Surrey Place’s efforts in building cultural humility, fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities, and advancing reconciliation. (the “Deliverables”).
Surrey Place is seeking expert guidance to develop and implement culturally responsive approaches that promote inclusion, respect, and meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities. We are committed to responding to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's (TRC) Calls to Action relevant to our organization and integrating Indigenous perspectives into our programs, services, and organizational culture. The successful Proponent will work collaboratively with our leadership team, staff, and key stakeholders to build organizational capacity for respectful and reciprocal relationships with Indigenous communities. Please see Schedule A - Scope of Work for additional details regarding the Deliverables and our specific requirements.
If the Deliverables are divisible into categories or portions, then there may be circumstances in which a different Proponent is successful for different categories or portions of the Deliverables.
