The Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP) is seeking a third-party service to provide a complete and seamless online registration solution for conference delegates of the 2019 Annual Scientific Assembly (ASA) to be held November 28th-30th, 2019 at Beanfield Centre Exhibition Place in Toronto, Ont.
The OCFP is proud to host the “Premier Family Medicine Conference” in Ontario. As the OCFP’s showcase event, the ASA provides professional development through certified sessions and workshops while bringing together the Ontario community of family physicians, residents, medical students, and integrated healthcare professionals. In 2019 the ASA plans to welcome 1,000+ delegates.
The ASA is a 3-day conference, offering delegates over 100 educational sessions and workshops to participate in. Within each hour of the program, delegates have the option to attend one of many sessions that run concurrently. Upon registering for the ASA, delegates are requested to pre-register to attend educational sessions, thus building their individual timetable. Registrants may attend and pay a one-day or a full-conference rate. In addition, we offer multiple rates based on their status in practice (ie. ASA delegate vs. resident vs. senior/retired). Conference rates include access to all educational sessions, however additional fees are applicable for those who would like to register for hands-on or advanced workshops. The registration system will need to support a program with over 100+ sessions, including sessions that include blocks of 3 or more presentations.
