TDH-011217 - Flooring and Interior Painting Project

This purpose of this RFP is to obtain bids for ALL costs associated with the preparation and  painting of walls, door frames and heating radiators in approximately 44 patient rooms and adjoining bathrooms. Project also includes ALL costs associated with the removal, repair and surface preparation and replacement of  flooring  to include flash coving.  The intent is to complete two to four (2-4)  rooms per week. However based on patient occupancy the  schedule must remain flexible and is subject to change at any time.  The hospital will provide as much notice of schedule change as possible. The hospital reserves the right to substitute patient room areas with non clinical areas with similar square footage.  The goal is to complete as much painting and floor replacement as possible before the deadline of March 31, 2018. Therefore the contractor must be available to work Monday to Friday each week following the award of this contract
