Description

This RFP is being issued by the Timmins and District Hospital to obtain Proposals for the supply of Large Joint Implants – Orthopedic Hip and Knee Implants

In an effort to achieve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness in supplying Large Joint Implants and services the hospital is seeking one primary supplier however all options will be considered.
The for-casted annual volumes for Large Joint Implants (as provided in Product Offering and Pricing Schedule- Schedule #6 within this RFP) represent 100% of total annual Large Joint Implant expenditures. These volumes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The anticipated contract is up to 5 years in duration, with an optional extension for 2 (two additional years.
