TOH-2020-085 - CONTINOUS CARDIAC OUTPUT MONITORS

The University Of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI) is seeking proposal for new Continuous Cardiac Output (CCO) monitor to replace an existing fleet of ten devices. UOHI will commit to the procurement of five (5) CCO monitors within the 2021-2022 fiscal year and expects to replace the remainder of the fleet in the near future pending budgetary approval.
 
This document details all the specifications and requirements deemed essential for clinical operations at UOHI. The CCO monitor must demonstrate, at a minimum, the ability to measure Mixed Venous Oxygen Saturation (SvO2), Cardiac Index, Blood Temperature, and Continuous Cardiac Output (CCO) using thermaldilution and Pulse Contour Cardiac Output (PiCCO) techniques.
