Description

The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of Capital Projects Management Services as listed in this RFP for a period of three (3) years. It is intended that TOH enter into an Agreement with one Primary and one Secondary Firm. The Primary Firm be given the opportunity to manage all projects and shall be given the opportunity to decline projects should the workload be too large. At that point, TOH shall engage the Secondary Firm to accept the Project Management tasks.
