Description

The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) is seeking proposals for the provision of: 6 Combi Ovens (3 for Civic, 3 for General campus) with both steam and convection functions to heat food evenly throughout and maintain moisture. This versatile oven will be used to provide meal service delivery to all inpatient. This equipment is being requested as part of the larger TOH Foodservice Transformation project with the purpose to provide higher quality and more appealing food to our inpatients.
