TOH-2020-040 - DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY SYSTEMS

The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) is seeking proposals for the provision of new digital radiography systems that have auto positioning capabilities option available.                                                                                                    The units will be used by medical radiation technologists across the department of medical imaging.  On average, usage is 60 exams per room per day, 7 days a week.
Proponents are requested to provide a detailed plan for the implementation of the proposed solution at TOH. Specify the timelines, the Vendor company resources and TOH resources required to successfully implement.
A term of Pricing Agreement of five (5) years is being sought with an option to extend the term of the Agreement at mutual consent on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to twenty-four (24) months. Proponents are advised that TOH may utilize this RFP process to establish standardization of the type of equipment sought under this RFP for foreseen purchases in the future as funding becomes available as resulting contracts may be used for future acquisitions.
