Description

The Ottawa Hospital Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified Event Logistics Suppliers, to assist in its signature fundraising special events, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposal received will be evaluated based upon track record of the firm, cost, strategic approach, services offered and best fit to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation’s values. The selected firm will be awarded a two year professional services contract.

Purpose:
Reporting to and in collaboration with the Director, Special Events and the Vice President, Development & Corporate Philanthropy to provide operational and logistics support for our signature special event fundraisers for The Ottawa Hospital.
