Description

The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of an Independent Project Assurance Review of the new Health Information System (HIS) Project as listed in this RFP (Services Schedule), for an initial period of two (2) years, with two (2) subsequent one (1) year extensions at mutual agreement for additional scope of services related to the completion of this project. Such extensions may be up to a period of two (2) years for the purpose of ensuring consistency throughout the project.
