The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of a service contract at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute’s (OHRI) Oncolytic Virus Manufacturing Facility (OVMF) for a period of three years, plus an optional two-year extension, at mutual consent. The service contract is intended for the calibration and maintenance of equipment at the OHRI OVMF. Additionally, the service contract will allow for emergency repairs, as well as installation qualification/operational qualifications/performance qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment on an as-needed basis.
The proposal should include up-to-date certification records of all equipment used to service equipment per relevant specification (i.e., NIST certified), IQOQ certification, and references to support the inventory and requirements for proper maintenance of equipment. Vendors are encouraged to price on a per-instrument basis from the detailed list provided. OVMF is looking to expand and as such, the equipment inventory is not static. We are looking for a company that can service at least 80% of the equipment with a guaranteed 24-hour response time for emergencies and a 48-hour response time for all other services.
