This notice is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade, Annex 502.4.

This ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that The Ottawa Hospital (hereinafter referred to as TOH) intends to award a contract for Components and Parts required to manufacture prosthetic and orthotic devices to multiple vendors. Suppliers are asked to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities (“Statement of Capabilities”). If no Supplier submits a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date (“Closing Date”) stated in the ACAN, TOH may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified Suppliers.

Background:
TOH intends to establish a pricing agreement with no volume promises for components and parts to manufacture prosthetic and orthotic devices required to support TOH patients.
