TOH is seeking Pre-Qualification Submissions from Respondents who are qualified, interested in Bidding on and providing construction works and services in the capacity of General Contractor for The Ottawa Hospital General Campus Stem Cell Renovations.

General Contractors interested in responding to this opportunity will be required to carry a team of Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing), Electrical and Asbestos Removal subcontractors.

The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process. During the first stage, the Pre-Qualification Submissions will be used to gather information and assess the Respondents’ capabilities and qualifications and used to establish a Roster of teams of General Contractors, along with their Mechanical (HVAC), Mechanical (Plumbing), Electrical and Asbestos Removal Subcontractors that may, during the second stage, be invited to bid on The Ottawa Hospital General Campus Stem Cell Renovations.

It is anticipated that there will be six (6) to eight (8) Pre-Qualified Respondents that will comprise the Roster.
