GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION PROGRAM
AT
TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The GTAA’s environmental policy was updated in 2021 to target net zero GHG for GTAA owned and operated infrastructure (scope 1 and 2 GHG) no later than 2050. The GTAA is interested in selecting partners to develop alternative financing models for infrastructure projects to reduce GHG.  The contracted work is meant to develop project ideas and an associated financing model that would allow the GTAA to fund GHG reductions through its existing energy expense budget. The outcome of the work conducted under this RFP would be proposed GHG reduction project(s) with contract structure and pricing under an alternative financing arrangement for the GTAA’s consideration.

The GTAA may award more than one (1) contract at its sole discretion.

The successful Tenderer(s) shall be required to enter into a Contract with the GTAA.

The lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
