The Town of Blackfalds is providing an opportunity for qualified consulting firms to participate with the Town of Blackfalds in the development of another premier Community facility that is expected to be a hub for recreation and Community services and programming for residents and those in the surrounding region
The primary objective of this RFP is to seek a qualified consulting firm to work with the Municipality in providing conceptual and final designs for the project and will include the development of final construction drawings and packages ready for tender. The outcome will be a project that is founded on the recommendations of the CFSMP and that will see commencement of construction in 2021
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Blackfalds – Community Services Department and shall be clearly marked as follows:
