It is not the intent of this RFP to completely describe all aspects of the requirement for the purchase and development of the municipally owned 0.563 ha (1.36 acres) of highway commercial land, Lot 8 – Block 1 – Plan 182 0975, located at Highway 2A and Broadway Avenue. Graphics indicating the physical location of the land as offered and surrounding commercial development area are provided within the appendices included in this document. Descriptions of the services outlined within this RFP are to insure that the overall goal of the Town is achieved. This RFP therefore, serves only as a guideline to solicit proposals from potential firms. This RFP states the instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which a firm may be selected, and the contractual terms by which the Town proposes to govern the relationship between it and the selected firm.
