The Town of Logy Bay–Middle Cove–Outer Cove is inviting quotations from qualified contractors for the provision of municipal garbage and recycling collection and disposal services for the 2026 contract period.
The scope of work includes the weekly collection and disposal of residential garbage and the bi-weekly collection and disposal of recyclables (paper/cardboard and containers) from approximately 985 residential properties located throughout the Town. Services are to be provided in accordance with the Town’s Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, including Schedule “A” – Scope of Work, and all applicable terms, conditions, and safety requirements.
The contract term is for a one-year period commencing February1, 2026, with the possibility of renewal subject to Council approval and satisfactory performance. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, appropriate equipment, and compliance with all insurance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Tender documents are available electronically. All submissions must be received by the Town no later than the date and time specified in the RFQ documents. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any submission.
