2017 06 13 RFP - Town Hall Roof Repair

The project comprises the following:

1.Remove and Dispose of Existing Town Hall Roof Tiles (approximate area = 6300 ft 2)

2.Inspect all Roof Structure Supports and replace if necessary

3.Remove Existing Insulation and Replace with New (R50 Value)

4.Remediate any mold discovered during the inspection process

5.Eliminate Flat Roof area over Town Hall Front Entrance and Replace with a Roof matching

the same Pitch as the Main Building Roof

6.Remove, Dispose and Replace Existing Roof Tiles on Pergola Building beside Town Hall

(approximate area = 200 ft 2)Note:To be the same material as Town Hall Roof.

7.Remove and Replace Existing Eavetroughs on Town Hall

8. Install New Roof (Metal,Tile or Solar option) Note: Material must be approved by the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
