UBC Properties Trust is pleased to request Expressions of Interest for Architectural Services for the new Gateway Building on the UBC Vancouver campus.
The project will be located at the corner of Wesbrook Mall and University Boulevard and will co-locate the School of Nursing, School of Kinesiology, Integrated Student Health Services, and UBC Health and Language Sciences.
The building is proposed as a 240,000 sq. ft. building, primarily for classrooms, academic offices, teaching and research labs. The building will also house a major program component of four large lecture theatres located at or close to the ground floor.
Interested Architectural firms are invited to submit their Expression of Interest for this project by 3:00pm (PST), January 29, 2020 via BC Bid.
