This RFPL is being issued by UHN to obtain Proposals for the supply of one Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) Device, with standard manufacturer’s warranty and four (4) years of extended warranty totaling 5 years for all products offered by bidders. The unit is to be used in the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute for research and experimental procedures.
