This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by Facilities Management & Planning on behalf of Student Housing & Residence Life, at the University of Toronto Mississauga (“UTM”) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective bidders to submit Tenders for the provision of Roofing Services for the Roy Ivor Hall Building Roof Repairs Project UTM campus at 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.

Work under this Contract includes the replacement of the flat and low slope roof systems on the Roy Ivor Hall student residence building located at the University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus in the City of Mississauga in the Province of Ontario.
