DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Collection Services for Student Accounts.
The intent of the RFP is to select one Successful Proponent for the collection of outstanding domestic and international student accounts
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before before Monday, December 08, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term three (3) years with the option to renew for two additional three (3) years for a total of nine (9) years.
