DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Consulting Services for Roof Replacement The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for 2 years.
Estimated Commencement date: June 4, 2024  
Estimated Substantial Completion: August 30th, 2026
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 30 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
