DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit responses from vendors to establish a list of  prequalified contractors for the Master Servicing Plan (MSP) Storm Water & Wastewater Upgrades project at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) Campus.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of October 30, 2025 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
