DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough require a general contractor for the renovation of approximately 151.64 square meters (m2) of graduate study spaces for the Office of the Vice Principal Academic & Dean on the second floor of the Academic Resource Centre building.

Scope of Work Highlights
Work included is as follows:

Demolition and removal of the existing door, office, and back room.
Supply and installation of an interior glazing system with a new door and door hardware.
Flooring and patching repair of the existing concrete flooring.
Supply and installation of acoustic ceiling with new lighting.
Installation of new data and power outlets, including a new AV system.
Supply and installation of millwork.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions.
Proponents must achieve a mimimum score on their technical submission of 70% (42 points of a possible 60 points), as the Passing Score Technical is 70%.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreements:
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.

Occupancy December 8, 2025
Ready-for-Takeover March 9, 2026
