DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The requested High Temperature Differential Scanning Calorimeter (“System”) is required to allow users to characterize phase transitions, decomposition temperatures, and heat capacities of Earth materials at the high temperatures relevant to Earth’s interior. The System will comprise part of the SimPLE (Simulating Planets Like Earth) Lab in the Department of Earth Sciences with University of Toronto.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, January 12, 2026 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term is one (1) year, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) year period.
