DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for In Situ RAMAN and Infrared Spectrometers.
The University of Toronto is seeking to acquire advanced Raman and Infrared (IR) spectrometers to enable in-situ analysis and characterization of chemical reactions.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
