DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Laboratory Furniture.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, October 20, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
3 year term with 2 optional 1 year extensions

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Technical Requirements                                                       45 Points
Delivery, Assembly, and Commissioning                           5 Points
Warranty                                                                           5 Points
Financial Submission                                                             40 Points
Total                                                                                          100 Points
