DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Title: Request for Proposals for Leri Lab Interior Renovation in the Science Wing Building at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) requires general contracting services for the interior renovation of approximately 60 square meters (m2) of science lab space on the sixth and seventh floors of the Science Wing Building in Rooms SW682, SW705, SW708, and SW710.
The University of Toronto Scarborough is located at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4.
Scope of Work Highlights:

New Flooring at specified locations.
New wall partition at SW705A.
New Door and Card Reader at SW705.
Replacement of two existing sinks and related plumbing SW682 and SW710.
New wall partition at SW705.
New lighting and power.
Painting of walls as specified.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
