DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University invites proposals for the supply, delivery and installation of a Light Sheet Microscope for Biological Sciences at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
The microscope will be used with expanded samples of the visual system in Drosophila melanogaster. Specifically, the system will be used to study synaptic-level changes across the eye in both morphology and neurotransmitter receptor composition.
