DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for the supply and delivery of nine hundred and eighty (980) pivot brackets.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, September 08, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The Supplier will fabricate package and provide to the address listed above twenty (20) Pivot Brackets. After approval is received following verification of the twenty samples, the Supplier will manufacture, package and deliver at a minimum one (100) hundred Pivot Brackets within six (6) weeks of the approval date. The remaining Pivot Brackets are to be delivered at a minimum cadence of two hundred (200) Pivot Bracket per month until all articles are delivered.
