DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide Professional Engineering Services for the installation of IT Fibre at CH/IB OCC#4 at University of Toronto Mississauga campus

The RFP Process is open to all parties submitting a Proposal in accordance with the RFP Documents.

Milestone Schedule:
1) Submit Concept Design Package (Post conducting all site investigations and SUE): Jan 2026
2) Complete Long Lead Items Procurement: December 2025 (Pre-purchase if applicable)
3) Submit 100% Design Dwgs for review: March 2026
4) Complete Contractor Procurement (Pre-Qualification): March 2026
5) Complete Contractor Procurement (Tendering): May 2026
6) Construction: May-October. 2026
