DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
 Renovation of the Psychology and Biological Sciences Administrative Suites  
  The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough requires a general contractor for the renovation of approximately 151.64 square meters (m2)  of graduate study spaces for the Office of the Vice Principal Academic & Dean on the second floor of the Academic Resource Centre building.

Scope of Work Highlights
Work included is as follows:
 

• Demolition and removal of the existing millwork used as mailboxes in office SW420A.
• Paint office SW420A and office SW420B.
• Modify the existing millwork to accommodate a new door and glazing system at the rear entrance of room SW427H. At the front entrance of the SW427H room, establish a separate entrance and close the drywall between offices.
• Supply, modification and installation of new and existing millwork in suite corridor for SW421K and SW427K.
