DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Spectrophotometers.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Training Requirements                                         10 Points
Warranty and Maintenance                                 10 Points
