DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT:
This RFP is an invitation for Proponents to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Custom Roof Top Air Handling Unit for CABB Extension of W G Davis Building, University of Toronto- Mississauga Campus

On or before October 7, 2025 @ 2:00:00 PM local time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
The RFP Process is open to all parties submitting a Proposal in accordance with the RFP Documents.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS:
Milestone Schedule:
Shop drawings shall be submitted within 10 working days from project award date.
Delivery of Air handling unit (RTU) to site is required for June 1, 2026.
Delivery shall be coordinated with UTM and the installation Contractor.
Craning of the unit will take place on a weekend.
