DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Centre for Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Toronto Mississauga, on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto, for the acquisition of a Hybrid Mass Spectrometry Platform, which will include a mass spectrometer, a liquid chromatography system, and a data analysis platform.
The RFP process is anticipated to involve negotiation.
