DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Executive Recruitment Services

The Division of University Advancement is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications to create a Qualified Supplier List for the Executive Recruitment Services on an as needed basis. Most of DUA’s request will be for Senior Advancement (Development/Fundraising, Alumni Relations, Administrative) Professionals.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, February 13, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents should achieve a minimum passing score of 65% (58.5 points of the 90 technical points).

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term is 3 years

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select up to seven (7) qualified suppliers for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is three (3) years.
