DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Gull Lake Property Management Services . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/72942    on or before December 8, 2023 at 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (3) year (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: April 2024
Estimated Completion: April 2027
with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 42 out of 70 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
