DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for High Parameter Microscope
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) year term with option to extend for four (4) years.
