DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Marketing Consultants – International Educational Recruitment

The University Admissions and Outreach Department is looking towards the services of experienced suppliers who can assist in developing and executing effective and innovative marketing campaigns for international student recruitment in various markets. The intent of the RFSQ is to create a list of qualified Suppliers to provide expertise and assist the University in its marketing campaigns for international student recruitment. Each campaign will be an individual assignment and the University’s expectation there will be Qualified Suppliers for each region.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Wednesday, May 10, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Proponents should achieve a score of 65 points out of the available technical score of 80 points to be considered further.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
3 Year Term

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to establish a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is three (3) years.
