6bDescription:
The University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management (RSM) offers graduate programs in business management. The Fleck Atrium in the North RSM building is a highly visible space just off the main entrance of the north building. This space serves a number of functions and is used as a lounge, for teaching and classroom activities, internal and external events. The atrium has a large rear projection system connected to an audio/video system for presentation and the system is also used intermittently for digital signage. This system was original installed over 18 years old and although the equipment has been updated, the video format is 4x3, and has poor colour and video quality. The intent is to replace the rear projection system with a new media wall for presentation purposes and to be used as digital signage.
