DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Metal 3D Printing System.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Friday, April 11, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Up to a two (2) year service contract.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Experience and Qualifications                                             5 Points
Technical Requirements                                                       40 Points
Delivery, Installation, and Training                                    15 Points
Warranty and Service                                                            10 Points
Financial Submission                                                             30 Points
Total                                                                                          100 Points
